WHAT’S OUR FOCUS
We deliver approximately $45 million in health and human services across the
San Diego region, impacting more than 10,500 students, clients, families, and community members through our work in homelessness, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and early childhood education.
Volunteers serve a Thanksgiving meal to ECS clients from CERRC and the safe havens at the annual Recovery Lunch. November 2025.
San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) gave ECS a $3,000 SDGivE grant supporting our programs and helped packed 252 welcome home stockings that will bring comfort to clients at CERRC this holiday season. November 2025.

OUR COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS
ECS programs support and engage our clients through:
Wraparound Services: Trauma-informed, strengths-based, needs-driven approach.
Parenting Tools: Support for children with disabilities and pregnant women.
Behavioral Health Support: For family well-being.
We tackle the root issues of substance use, homelessness, and poverty through:
Emergency Help, Transitional Housing, and Behavioral & Mental Health Care
Furthermore, we are dedicated advocates for policies that promote social justice and support vulnerable populations.
